Y1 Curriculum
Welcome to Y1’s class pages!
Our Year 1 team are so excited to start the year and welcome our children back into school. Your teachers are: Mrs. Morris, Miss Heaton (Y1 Mulberry) and Miss Picton (Y1 Holly)
Autumn 1:
Our key subject driver will be art, where we will be learning about famous artists such as Georgia O'Keeffe and Vincent Van Gogh.
We will also complete a week of work around diversity, looking at what makes each of us unique and special.
In our non-intensive teaching, we will revisit previously taught learning across the curriculum.
Below you can find our knowledge organisers, which can be used at home to support with your child's learning. If you would like to see what other subjects we will be covering, or look back at the year, please visit our curriculum pages.
